  @jack just averred that #Lightning can't really scale, and is by no means the only one concluding along these lines. No amount of #RealLifeBitcoin videos disproves that. Let's keep our options open regarding payment solutions. #Nimiq

 Lightning scales globally through a combination of custodians (including cashu & fedimint ecash mints) and self-custody. Those who want self custody and are willing to do the work - can have it without seeking permission. Businesses who accept bitcoin, already accept lightning. 

Lightning is thriving.
