 Or badly informed.  They get the slogans, "Verify, dont trust".  But that is part of a bigger idea which is "think for yourself".  They are easily easily herded by influencoors, is a big problem, when they can just work these things out themselves with facts and logic.  There must be some solution to this, the people want to do the right thing, but end up being maniuplated.
