idk, at a glance i feel like something about coordination & mechanisms like a rube goldberg things also play a part like what it means to send something up the ladder means there is a ladder & it isnt horizontal
Ok I maybe my thoughts are just a way to look at companies. But looking at it this way I would say: The rube goldberg things are the rules to interact with the network (not in all companies they are ineffective/complex) And coordination is done by people the company is connecting the coordinators with the workers. (Not all companies have coordinators)
Where my thoughts come from: Today companies (and governments) run this world and people identifying with them. And I heard the idea that AI might own and run companies in future. People I talked to are most times afraid about this idea. So I was wondering what impact this has and what it means for the future of companies and people… I think seeing companies as networks might take away power from companies and bring it back to people.
