 I don't understand all this crying. Model training is fair use... It is same like you are not allowed to look at pictures of others when you are learning how to draw or paint. 
The license changes are a bit unethical, I agree there, but the scraping?  

 It's more to do with a percieved lack of soul with AI work, and obseletes the average and below average artists out of the lower end of the market, since it's much cheaper and easier to play the slot machine with an AI model than to go through the client-artist relationship.
