From what I've heard if you're not insanely overweight, you're better off with strength training to lose weight over cardio
It's also as simple as calories in, calories out. Well... Depending how old you are I guess.

 Early 30s ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Diet is the main thing but I love shitty food
So I try and keep my M-F calorie intake below 1700kcal. Then on the weekends whatever I want, I mostly just do cardio and it works.

I'm also not in my 30s tho

Are you drinking any sodas or juices?
Just sticking to water and black tea/coffee is a simple way to tone down empty calories
โ–ฒ โ–ผ
I have a soda on occasion. Maybe twice a week. I drink a lot of ale though...

You can't outrun your fork bro. Just get a legal Adderall prescription and stop eating so much. ๐Ÿฅฒ

Youre right. I should do meth

Look people can hate on stimulants all they want and for justifiable reasons. When I took Adderall many years ago, it helped me tremendously. I had too much going on and packed discipline. Needed that as a substitute for flying under the radar and skating by on my brains and no effort.
โ–ฒ โ–ผ
yeah I was close to failing out of college, got on adderall and was getting straight As. I miss it a lot, but it's definitely not good to be running yourself on overdrive like that for more than a little while. I would never put my kids on it.
I took phentermine while I was in college, highly recommend speed.

 >I would never put my kids on it.
100% agree. I took it once I was an adult. A lot of my childhood ADHD symptoms were boredom and being a boy. I grew out most of them, other than not having a decade of practicing studying and the meds helped me have a bit more motivation.

I'm between jobs at the moment and I don't see it as something I could sustain when I go back to work. I became pretty incapacitated around the 36 hr mark

who is going to fire niggers when you are gone?
โ–ฒ โ–ผ
No one probably. I felt I was being forced out so I quit. I later saw my position listed on Indeed for 15k less than they were paying me so my suspicions that they wanted me gone due to my salary being too high and the company being broke and over budget were vindicated
โ–ฒ โ–ผ
Hit me earlier than that. I slimmed down in my 30s. Maybe cause I realized I didn't want to be a fat.

Well that's cause most of them are probably doing most of their running on concrete
Our joints aren't meant for that kind of impact
