Bitcoin’s future depends on keeping Layer 1 secure and decentralized, using Layer 2 for smaller transactions. Expanding Layer 1 would centralize control and destroy the very value that makes Bitcoin unique. Past attempts to scale Layer 1 in other projects failed to preserve security and trust, and the block size debate has already settled in Bitcoin. The “big block” camp lost the block size wars, and it’s time for them to move on. Lightning and other Layer 2 solutions are advancing to handle fast, low-cost transactions without sacrificing Bitcoin’s secure base layer. Trying to scale Layer 1 for convenience would weaken Bitcoin’s censorship resistance and decentralization. Bitcoin is following the right path, and the future will prove it. How many different ways do you want me to say the same thing? lol
