Not only it could likely infringe an copyright, The code generated by it is mostly inefficient.

Please do not trust AI response. Got one a long time ago and the code is not as efficient as it should be. 

 It depends on how often similar code has been written. LLMs often mess up line order too leading to tricky to find bugs.
