This was the entire venture capital business model from 2012-2019 with rare exception. I handled many of the failed ones, and we were in past series B. Revenue multiple sales always made absolutely no sense to me, and when I brought that up, I was told that I just “didn’t understand how it worked.” Profitability was an afterthought. The CEOs were always just great sales people that were capital raisers in a ZIRP environment. Glad to see you guys focusing on what matters. Cheers.
