Also does anyone else save the paper towels that you dried your hands on because you feel like you can use them to clean the counters later?
Like they're not /dirty/.

I usually wad them together into a counter ball and just kind of wiggle a few away as needed 😂
Use them once and throw them away. Just use more. You're supporting the logging and paper industry and creating jobs. 'Murica! 💪
I can't exactly disagree with you.
paper towels are very bulky to bring home from the shops, i might feel differently if i had a car but i don't
That's why I buy the good ones on sale and reuse them.
I like Viva paper towels the best
Bro if you're not using brawny-🤌🏾
I can't really be mad at viva, I did have the texture icks at first but like they're fuckin sturdy.
Yeah they don't fall apart when I wipe out my cast iron skillets.
just get tea towels and bleach and washing soda and run em on short cycles hot

i prefer dark teatowels anyhow, because most of my clothes are black and all this white cloths and sheets is a disaster to wash at the same time, i hate white fabric!
I just accidentally bleached my grey towel for this exact reason ): I looked in the washer just now and sighed.
In fact most of my "light" towels were bleached at some point.
yeah, i was messing with bleach for a bit and half my shit is faded and i am sad

so now i'm like, fuck this white stuff, in fact i probably am going to go through my whole stash and plop all the white things into one drawer that i never open and stick with the darks

goth 4 lyfe

literally all my clothes are dark, if not black, at least grey
Trees are a renewable resource. Would be better if we made paper towels out of hemp fiber but whatever.
I don’t have paper towel piles. Primarily use dishcloths or microfiber cloths. Only use paper towels for gross messes that need to be thrown away right away.
Tell me you have your life together without actually telling me you have your life together ^ 😂🫂
🤣😂🤣 nah I’m just cheap and a bit eco conscious
haha, i used up the three rolls that came with my apartment 6 months ago, and decided that using the many cotton towels in the drawer and washing them in the washing machine was cheaper, i just had to get some dark ones to not end up with pink ones (oops, too late) ... literally clean the induction glass cooktop now with cotton tea towels all the time, and leave one next to the area for a few days before i throw it in the machine

the tea towels are actually more economical at least on the level of transport and bulk but probably cost a little more overall due to energy
Yes we compost them once they get grosd
 tea towels > paper towels

washing machines, washing soda, bleach, high temperature, short wash, easy

otherwise, just buy those paper towels by the pallet and be done with it
They also make good kindling once dry.
Ooooo didn't think about bonfire/grill material
Why not just get some quick-drying dishcloths? Otherwise, just flatten them out and leave them in a sunny spot to dry and use them later.
I'm not in my usual place of residence, and old habits die hard lol
