@bb1a99d2 Wonder how much it matters. Fair use is becoming more and more irrelevant as we have (1) hugely consolidated platforms with (2) automated enforcement with no allowances for fair use. Then you get the cherry on top of DMCA takedowns with a cooling off period to make timely items stale, and effectively zero penalties for using it fraudulently. 

 @ae43a286 It sure depends on whether the material is fed into a scanning engine. Easier for historic stuff (not stock photography, but everything else).
