@0b13872d I'm torn. On the one hand: families nicking food so they don't starve? I didn't see that happening. On the other hand: organized gangs mass-raiding stores, threatening the staff with violence, and systematically looting them? That's something entirely different. 

We need different names and approaches for these things.
