yeh I always pick remember my choice/don't ask again but this specific prompt has been popping up the past 2/3 days. something definitely changed I'm just not sure whether it's on the amber side or the amethyst side. both had updates in the same time frame 🤔
I can repro this consistently by force closing both amber and amethyst then reloading amethyst, always client Auth + nip 4 + nip 44 requests
and decrypting private zaps too

I see now. If I just force close amethyst it works but force closing both I can reproduce
Can you test the 1.1.0 beta to see if it this issue?
also while I have you here, I noticed amethyst asks for photos permission even though it uses the default files app to browse photos, meaning it doesn't need it. but if it's not provided with the permission it refuses to query the system file picker, I suspect this is because on older versions of android it works differently but it just feels silly for me to have to give it access when it doesn't use it you know? thanks!
