 Stack Duo NEW RELEASE

Primarily it adds:
- Built-in Tor (BTC only, XMR coming in a couple weeks)
- Frost 
- Taproot Support

FROST is a brand new multisig tech that allows editing of signer sets without having to make a brand new wallet and send from the old to the new.

 offered a bounty to the first wallet to implement it.
