 For what are you using it? 

 Mainly 2 things: 
Paying some people on a recurring basis with amounts too small for on chain bitcoin and too big for custodial ln. Non custodial ln is also semi useful for receive only, except you open big channels upfront.

Stacking sats from robosats in custodial ln and swapping to liquid once >1m sats with boltz till it is a reasonable amount to swap to onchain. This works really well with low fees and privacy is probably also quite OK when using boltz over Tor.

 I used it in a period of very high fees, the only thing I don't like is that they insist on saying that Liquid is a layer 2

 It served precisely to make swaps from Lightning to on-chain and the fees were too high, instead with Liquid's intermediate step it saved a lot

 I have used it many times. 

 Using it as a buffer when I DCA corn from my exchange... as soon as it reaches a nice size, I move it to my cold storage as 1 UTXO.

 I have used it as an intermediary between lightning and OC to empty channels from lightning and accumulate a big enough utxo before sending to OC. Found it useful last year when fees were above 500s/vb.

It was weird. As soon as the fees spiked almost all my channels were force closed  so I was stuck with a couple tiny LN channels for the high fee months. Now that the fees dropped I opened big LN channels again so I think I would only need it if my peers decide to force close again for some reason.

I can see utility in a high fee environment 

 Liquid is amazing for rebalancing lightning channels cheaply. Look into peerswap and run it.
