I have the toggle set to record the videos, I just don't know how to find them for download or sharing on zap.stream

 The toggle just updates the server url, you need to add it to obs  

 So I have to tell OBS to record remotely? 

 No it's just a different server url, if you don't use the recorded url it won't save
