real problem is that people dont care about meta

what i mean is:

nobody would seed internet archive as torrent,
but if its latest hollywood movie, you get 1000 seeders instantly

people care only about entertainment 

 so how would you seed 100 petabytes if one guy/gal only seeds 100 gigabytes?

well, there is this thing: you dont need to seed everything in bittorrent protocol. you can download 0.01 % and seed that.
