nostr users seem to not understand on thing

how nostr is marketed, is its censorship resistance

what is the real world test whether this marketing term is even relevant?

post illegal content

real world tests shows that nostr deletes illegal content and a lot of other content as well

i've been searching some of my past notes. some are published with profile, but most anonymously with changing pubkey

there seems to have been quite large purge of events recently

nostr devs and relay operators does not understand one thing.

if you cannot keep your "promises" of "censorship resistant protocol" to the freedom absolutists, your marketing is bullshit. protocol has failed.

so here is the updated marketing term for nostr

"a little less censored social media compared to x"

Nistr don't even delete csam well
if it does delete *put your keyword here like csam* it has failed
nostr isn't centrally marketed, nor is there a marketing term. there is plenty of illegal content on nostr relays, primarily over tor. nostr doesn't delete content, relay operators do. your new "marketing term" is nothing more than an admission of ignorance.
