 It's still okay :) A well-known Buddhist mantra reads:

---

May I be free from all suffering, and from all its causes.
May I be healthy.
May there be ease in my life.

---

Che io possa essere libero da ogni sofferenza, e dalle sue cause.
Che io possa essere in salute.
Che possa esserci agio nella mia vita.

---

This mantra can also be recited addressed to someone else, or to all of humanity.
Lovely, and about addressing it someone else, it's so nice, never thought about that. 💜🫂
Usually you recite the mantra first for yourself, then for a loved one, then for a person you are all in all indifferent to, and finally for a person with whom you have disagreements. This also helps you develop compassion toward your neighbor, whoever they may be.
Thanks Daniele, I can already see it's not an easy thing to do, at least initially with honest motivation or intent, but that's what very likely helps you to create and develop compassion on a greater level.. will try it 🙂🫂
I agree, it is by no means easy.
I think trying, with listening but without judgment toward oneself, is the key.
After a while, something happens...
