Go to Coracle in Brave Browser, then in Brave Browser settings, save page to, install.
That will put a Coracle icon on the desktop and a menu entry in the taskbar menu, which opens Coracke as webview app. At least that's how it works in Linux Mint w/Cinamon desktop.
Coracle as a webview app is about as good as it gets on desktop. It is still lacking. Coracle still lacks the ability to show edits/updates to posts, and it doesn't render markdown, and sometimes image links show up as a link instead of as an image
It's missing many features, has a poor user interface in my opinion, and lacks a proper dark mode.
