When you simplify reality into a concept or a maxim, always keep in mind that the map you have created is not the territory.
Reality can not be quantified. Maps and territory are subject to cartography.
Reality can be quantified very well. How many grams is a liter of water? How many grams did you poo today? How many meters did you walk today?

These are all examples of reality that can be quantified.

The point of mr dilger is rater, that you can create a model which tries to replicate reality. But it will never get something more then a model. Means it will always lack behind reality in some part. At best a model can get as good as reality. Like in physica there are very precise models to describe our physical world. Or at least it appears as this to me.
1000g is your answer. What volume does that 1000g of water take up? We're talking "In reality" here. Does it differ depending on it's state🤔. Reality, can not be quantified. I don't care what you or Mr Dilger say, reality can't be quantified.
Ok. Then you just do not care. This does no change to reality. What is real does not depend on our opinions neighter if we care.
Define reality? I care a great deal about it but please, don't try to quantity it.
I define reality the physical things in our universe and all thoughts, which are electrical and therefore physical as well.

I am aware, that our senses are already a modellation of the reality, which makes it impossible to experience all parts of it. Every single person is only able to experience a small bit of it.

I think wikipedia helps a lot to give a more objectif definition of words. Since it is a development of a bigger group of people around the world.
I've just read your bio, you claim to be interested in philosophy, so you, better than most, must know, it's impossible. Jesus🙄🫡.
I'll spin your mind up a little further. There is no experiment that ever has or ever will, prove, the existence of time. ReALitY.
