Just 2 cents from my side.

Everything looks differently from different places. There is a view from North America where people have to pay taxes for the war in some remote place when Russian is actually not a threat until things escalate and ICBMs start flying. 

There is different view from any place in Eastern Europe where people know what was to be under Tzar Russia/ USSR regime. There is only change in the name but Russia remains the same for them.

There are different views in Ukraine and I am sure not everyone finds this war the same way. 

Everyone has  its own view and a right to have it.

I’d rather have discussion on that than calling the other people names only because they tend to have opinions different than mine. 

 Whats your personal view on govts breaking their international agreements? 

 I would not expect anything else from any government. They will break any agreements sooner or later. 

 So you completely separate governments and people right? 

 To such absolute and general question the answer can only be „no”. There are no absolutes in real life. Peoples actions are decentralized. 

 So if you do not separate govts and ppl and you think you cannot trust any single govt - it seems like you want to say you should not trust any single person, is it what you mean? 

 No, that’s not what I said. If some of the members of two sets are related it does not mean that all of them are related. Again, absolutes and generalization in terms of real life are oversimplification and false. 

 Then you should probably not generalize your statement “any govt will break any expectation” too, otherwise your words don’t make sense and have just selective meaning to highlight what you want to say right here right now

Just the same as people who on one hand has some expectations from their govt (i.e support rusia genocide by dropping support of Ukraine) but completely forget that for example US has much bigger liabilities and according to its own decions it MUST send their soldiers to fight rusia but instead just decides to give some pennies the majority if which only support US manufacture and arsenal refresh.
