A lot of people won't. Because we don't trust Xitter to store anything safely, and it's not that hard to get a good-looking but fake ID.

 @b20b3179 I found the PC Mag article, but dated over a month ago. It’s not clear to me if all existing xitter accounts would be affected. In any case, who would want to submit personal info online, let alone to xitter?! Nuts.
