it's all the same. streams, clips and videos are a nostr event. If you upload a video to flare it will also display on zapstream and vice versa. (or on any other app/site that supports nostr video / live content.

I see. I guess that comes down to the cloud space you own with some of the storage providers. Satellite.earth is pretty cheap and on zapstream you can select your storage provider when you upload media.
