Matt Walsh did a good piece about this a few days ago, pointing out that if the conservatorship was just her father after her money then statistically there would be a whole heap of other female stars under the same conditions.
@Flick 🇬🇧 certainly sounds plausible, it would be a lot more prone to misuse if that's all they wanted. I do worry about what she might do, I was fond of her work back in the day

She was groomed by Disney….of course she’s not all right.
These two go into great depth the evil shit that is done to these girls and how their parents are more than just complicit but act as handlers.
Lots more from Jamie and Rachel on both Britney, Disney and show business in general.

Most pop stars who shave their heads while drunk are checked into a rehab center. They either learn something about themselves and make new music, or they go into a self destruct cycle.

She was put under financial conservatorship, and instructed to continue the same routine. She wasn’t given the opportunity to learn something about herself and make new music.

I don’t care for her music, I doubt I would care for her new music, but she was not allowed to grow up. It may be too late now, and that self destruct cycle is permanent.
@LostInCalifornia @Flick 🇬🇧 I fear you're right, it's not looking good for her is it?
Just pointing out this isn’t new territory. Fame, accessibility to drugs and a controlling parent.

All very Judy Garland.
