 which of these in the list are custodial with a lightning address (LNURL as I understand it) so I can RECEIVE zaps? are the only options right now primal or alby? WoS no longer supported

 The first section is all custodial. Only the bottom few under the self custody heading are self custodial.

 Thanks, but I feel like I'm missing something...as I understand it to receive zaps you want or need a persistent lightning address, not an invoice that expires, and LNURL accomplishes this? But it seems the only custodial options (for a beginner here) are primal and alby, and both require personal information

 Correct. Every single wallet included above has a Lightning address.

 oh awesome thanks! I guess all the ones I tried so far don't have an LNURL (tried phoenix, blue wallet, muun)
