If you read it you get the sense they are going to do buy actual bitcoin use a custodial service but then they are authorized to buy the ETF at the end so it's interesting. I wonder what PA will do. ETF or multicustodial real bitcoin?
Possibly both. There's no reason to go into depth and terms about custodial bitcoin bought through and exchange and then discuss ETFs. Maybe funds that need easy access to liquidity would use an ETF and long term holding would use real bitcoin? Just a thought.
