Shiitake logs are fruiting! Good excuse to try my new backup heater/cooker. This was very good. https://image.nostr.build/020bb4ace0bf923a9d3e94910131be1ec7b81d5b87b32c63495828ebf9413690.jpg https://image.nostr.build/b01b94a26b3b4270697343926c02724af207b91384b3b44953adf80ffafd61d9.jpg https://image.nostr.build/7dc0804c5e82f2454de6da1a3796dc75a6ec14b86d20b0a0d103efe020b8e755.jpg https://image.nostr.build/545a652c990eb79790fe690bd77038fa8742ebe71c6c41bcffd464f068e849fd.jpg #foodstr #grownostr #mushrooms
beautiful caps! what going on with that bread??
It's running Debian lol
Lol. I'm a bread eater. Or do you mean the swirl? That is a cheddar jalapeño swirl.
sounds tasty did you bake it?
No. The Mennonite grocery store down the road bakes a bunch of stuff
Nice stove. Dual purpose. Love it.
Yes. I'll be hooking it to a 20 lb tank if I need the heat source.
That’s awesome! Love your cook setup. Did you soak or shock the logs somehow? Or do you wet them sometimes? Last weekend I saw these 6+ year old logs still fruiting all on their own.. https://i.nostr.build/TBNkD0i2wVt6NSju.jpg
I just have them in the shade where I walk by them every day. I don't water them, they just produce a couple days after a good rain.
