With the release of  @umbrel 1.0 it is crazy easy to become more sovereign. Easily run a #bitcoin node, a #nostr relay, and loads of other cool tools. Take that old laptop or desktop and turn it into a node!

 On what type of hardware are you running it? 

 I have an HP Z2 mini running it currently, but it will run on just about anything 

 Thanks. I’m running version 0.54 on a raspberry pi 4. For the past 9 months I had some performance issues resulting in my bitcoin node not syncing properly. 

 How’s the performance of 1.0?  Previously, my hardware would attempt to BBQ itself 

 As I'm running Ubuntu 1.0 is not yet available for me,  @umbrel said it would be available in April.
