zkSNACKs will suspend it's coinjoin coordination service on June 1st.

It was an honor and a privilege.

 What?
 Thank you!
 For?

 😢
You know that I have always been critical of centralized coordinators, but if I can say something about the Wasabi team is that they have been honest and transparent, I can't say the same about other teams.

It's a pity that everything is ending like this, but I hope this will serve to advance in other fronts and build privacy tools resistant to state control.

 no legal fight?
If laws mattered the feds would be the ones that had to defend themselves
That's really sad - it was a great service!
thank you for you hard work!
It was an honour indeed, you guys did an amazing job till now.
Sorry to see this Max - thanks for everything 🫡
Thank you for your service. 🫡
Thank you for everything you've put into privacy with Wasabi. Phenomenal achievement. Different models required now it seems.
I'm sure that comes with a heavy heart, there will be better days ahead 💜
Thank you for your service 🫡
Definitely a privilege and not a right apparently.
Buy some Monero now. If you don’t believe it or don’t get it, I don’t have the time to try to convince you, sorry.

 Let's make this month a #CoinjoinRally month

Everyone has a chance now to erase history of their utxos and use more and smarter coin selection in the future.

Lezgooooo!!!!

Thank you Max, it has been really useful and hope there are ways for trusted coordinators to come back in the future.
If in the future multiple nodes (with additional opt-in open source coordinator software) could come together to form a decentralised honest coodinator over tor.... The coordinator function would no longer be able to be taken down and has no fixed location and would no longer require trust.
Or have miners listening to coinjoin requests, for a certain fee to coordinate it in their next to be mined blocks (in their own mempool)
Thank you for this incredibly valuable service, may there be a hundred copies of it.

 Thanks for the service
well, there goes our plan 🤣
Now you know why UTXO blacklisting was never going to work. Law enforcement is never satisfied with technological deterrents, they want the whole thing down.
To elaborate on my previous comment, the *only* way you can successfully create a resilient coinjoin service is by incentivising hundreds of people to run a copy of it. This is similar to how bitcoin encouraged people to run a node in order to mine a block in the early days.

Small financial incentives are the way, the total coinjoin capacity may be small but it has the potential for onboarding more runners.
After this news, I think we need an update on your thoughts from your podcast with @preston 😎
 Thank you Wasabi Team 🫡
wish you could tell us the whole story
