I think about this constantly.
I’m forced, at gunpoint, to pay for the welfare state, constant wars, government subsidies, social security, Medicare and shitty infrastructure.
Slavery just evolved.
This hit home for me especially yesterday. Train derailed ten feet from my apartment building and nearly killed dozens of people (possibly including me).
The state created a $2T “infra” 🤡 bill that has managed to allow this to happen while simultaneously lining the pockets of people that built like 7 EV chargers in Kentucky .
