The medical industry is business model designed to keep us coming back, never really finding the solution to your symptoms.

It's structured to treat symptoms rather than root causes, ensuring that patients remain dependent on continuous treatments, prescriptions, and follow-up appointments.

This vicious cycle means that one healthy human equals $500,000 in revenue, making it a $165.5 trillion business model.

I wonder what the profit margins are 🤔 https://video.nostr.build/739d904be97186d87056e03de5e7900c422f1a293651c1a471da948914e99c5a.mp4
Doctors often don’t emphasize diet lifestyle changes because patients never follow through.

I don’t want to take away from calling out corruption and kickbacks because that is a huge problem but developing meds that relieve symptoms is already an incredibly difficult challenge for research, cures, even more so.

In my decent career in science I’ve never heard one biomed scientist say something along the lines of “Lets make a drug that doesn’t cure someone, it’ll make us more money 😈” unless they were joking.
People rarely change diet and lifestyle and it is almost impossible to track if patients are following through. It is a shame how all these models were created with good intentions but the continued greed and convenience wrecked our planet, lives, health, etc. Continue to learn and you'll learn that food is life. Eat the right things, you'll be fine.
The subscription model of medications is the worst. Financial incentives drive doctors to be pull pushers. Absolutely sickening.
I never go to any doctors for anything.
In terms of acne:
- eat animal based foods except milk. No milk traces of any animal whatsoever anywhere.
- avoid anything made of any plants. And I mean absolutely, not even spice. Definitely nothing cooked in any oils. Half small ecological apple a day might be fine. Unsweatened brewed teas are fine. One cup of unsweatened ecological black coffe maybe. Sugar is plant based, so - 0.
- zero anything sintetic including sweeteners.
- no carbonated drinks. Basically no drinks except pure water and teas and coffee as mentioned.
- no cigarettes and cigarillos, not even ecological. Ecological cigars not much - OK.
- no alcohol
- daily sun bathing. Whatever max time does not burn you pink
- excercise daily enough to make every piece of your skin sweat
- no bathing in hot water, not even shower. Avoid going under tap water altogether. Wash with soap only the parts that stink. Don't wash parts that don't stink at all. Swiming in ocean and river - OK.
- no cosmetics and no perfume on your skin.
Forgot to mention air humidity. The air should be at least 22 C and at least 45% relative humidity. If outdor is less, heat an humidify indoor to at least this level.
But don't use ultrasound humidifiers unless you use distilled water. Just heat the water and let it evaporate.
And make sure to replace the indoor air fully at least twice a day.
