I’m a bit of a Swan simp, and their new account platform requires you to specify if you’re sending to self custody vs an exchange. They seem to be going or maintaining the direction of being ultra compliant. Personally not a fan of those questions and put a few questions in my mind. That said my opinion is that Swan have provided a solid service. 

 Swan is great at marketing. Their CEO is a toxic douche. I've known good people there, most were laid off when their mining "business" blew up.  

 Fwiw, I used to simp for Swan too. Probably have sats there from referrals.
