But there is nuance here, 1M cash held sovereignly is by no means poor. Most of those costs assume huge leverage and debt. 

 Stack ≠ flow. Cashflow over lifetime is easily north of 4 million 

 I'm just saying that by having large savings you easily take 1M off these average costs. You can cash flow debt payments on 4M worth of purchases but still be very poor. 

 Yes correct. I wasn’t making a counter argument. Just saying if you’re a wholecoiner with cashflow and bitcoin goes to a million this depiction of the American dream is achievable. If that’s the American dream you’re striving for of course

There are other items above as well...but the problems for most are:
a) instant gratifcation 
b) profligate spending
c) financing everything
d) keeping up with the "Joneses"

Really--this is ALL under your control, and subject to the decisions you decide to make.
