Follow # and people that interest you, do some searching.
Post notes about what you life and include # for those things. 
It's not all Bitcoin, you just have to find your people.

What are you in to? 

 It can take a little bit to get your feed setup.  You have to setup several relays and then either look through the global feed or look through tags (start with #).  Also tag your own posts, to bring people in.  

If you don't interact with others, they likely won't interact with you and ou won't have a very good experience.
