@8f56b62c Technical misunderstanding. If they have sent anything as published engineering works clearly show that they can, you and OS on your phone can't do anything about it after the fact. This whole system sits below OS and can be operational even if phone is turned off by you. Restarting the phone would have no effect on anything potentially delivered by the alert system.
