Theres a number of masktards floating around in my area, but I'd guess its 5-10% vs the 40% toward the end of it being "mandatory".

If they push this wuflu shit even as hard as last time let alone harder I dont think it'll be fought as such, it'll just get a resounding "meh" from most people. And this is coming from someone who has zero faith in people.
