 I am not in US, but will keep my wits strategic about putting this on a table in my locale.  By the way, what about coming Canadian Prime minister elections? Do you guys have any prospects in that election?

 1 at a time... USA is next, and that's plenty until December... but never too late to start making moves in your locality... honestly, elections authorities don't do anything during years that aren't election years, so it's usually the best time to approach them with new ideas

 We just got elections in my current locale months ago. So, I will see how to approach them in the coming years and I hope by that time your project will already have gained some credible popularity in US and Canada. For now though, I am actively working on making the local government start mining with the hitherto vented and flares gases.
