While I have sent sats to the Primal wallet lightning address from Phoenix and Stacker News, I have yet to be able to send sats out of Primal. Any tips? 

 The scan QR code feature should work. Scan an LN invoice. They'll be adding the ability to paste a LN invoice soon is what I've heard.
