 Yeah especially since he essentially just sold someone to a bunch of torturers for pennies on the dollar. They made the single most gay character in gaming and made him a terrible person, 10/10 thank you Poland.

 They changed that in 2.0 since now all ripperdocs sell the same cyberware so there's no disadvantages to killing him.
