 Once their notes become nostr events i assume other relays then also propogate their notes. But not 100% certain 

 Their notes get propagated to other relays, and then they show up in your feed because they're valid notes. But since the npub's kind 0 refers to a specific nip 05 domain, it can be filtered.

 I do too, they started by targetting the larger accounts, and are now desperate enough that apparently even I qualify! 

 Not sure why you have such problems. I never see much spam and I'm surprised actually but I don't browser global, so maybe that's it. 

 I'm just as puzzled. This has nothing to do with global. These are in direct response to my notes. Clearly, one or more of my relays are targets.
