@13f5fea5 I find it really weird how the earth or "mother nature" is just personified by some black lady with a leaf pendent. Like i thought man's hubris was why we almost killed the red wolf and the CCP started it's "Four Pests" campaign. Essentiality they wanted kill mosquitos, flies, sparrows, and rodents to reduce disease and protect crops. They actually managed to kill all the sparrows in the area and the locust population grew and started a famine. In both of these cases started with apparent environmental reasons, and failed to due ignorance. Carbon is an inherent part of the atmosphere and leather was been used long before there were any environmental issues. This whole video comes across as masturbatory.

If people really want to grow food sustainably, they should really look into permaculture, where you grow food by actually mimicking biological processes in nature. People can even do it in their backyard. Some people have even managed to do it in urban areas.

I mean there are some parts that sound good (assuming they are actually doing them) like reducing plastic, but the whole carbon neutral thing is bullshit and completely impossible to do.
