Texas is so big that it has just about anything you want.  It has desert, woods, swamps, beaches, rivers.  But the summers can be brutal. But we still love it. 

 Never been. Might need to come visit at some point 

 Definitely has some brutal heat. Fun challenge keeping specific areas cool when running off only solar.
