Download 'Wallet of Satoshi' from any app store. An email address is your way to login if you get logged out.

In the wallet press receive. Find and copy the namenumber@walletofsatoshi address (your lightning wallet address)

Go to your Nostr client profile settings and paste it into the 'LN Address' box, then save.

That's it, let me know and I'll test if it works. Then you can zap and be zapped.

 Find some content you like and zap it. By holding the zap button ⚡️you can set your zap amounts.  

 ah! I think it’s got it second time, I have to let it navigate me away from Nostr to the wallet and approve it there.  

 Yes, it'll open up the wallet. You can set it for auto approve for small amounts, so my basic zap of 21 sats is automatic. I received 50 sats all good. Have fun, it's great to be able to actually share value for good content, can be addictive. 

 I seem to only have options in multiples of 50 (may be down to the software I’m using?), but all good.
