Some jpegs are served with an invalid content type image/jpg.

They show up in #Amethyst but you can't download them since android complains about the invalid content type.

In general other apps / clients could also have problems due to the invalid content type.  

 Hey! Good catch. Thanks for alerting to that. Have fixed it. All jpegs will be converted to using jpg extension and the mime type is correct now.
