 You can play online against computers, I'm OK at chess but the computers kick my arse, sob you'll learn quick.

 Honestly, the easiest way to learn how to play chess is to just play it-so whether you learn it by playing online on computers or if you get a set and you literally sit it in the middle and you play yourself both ways are helpful. 

is there a reason you suddenly desire to learn how to play chess? I only ask because it’s such a fun game.  😊 

 I’m sure there virtual chess classes. 

GothamChess from YouTube used to do that. But probably very expensive. 

Best thing is just play, watch chess content, and study.

 the chess.com app has pretty good tutorials and explainations. 

 Chess.com has plenty of lessons and you play against people with similar abilities. As you get better you will meet better opponents
