I use CalyxOS on a Pixel w/an unlocked bootloader (not too hard)

Install was easy - a gui app on your desktop

I'm a low demand phone user, happy with the selection of apps available on f-droid

Works great and has a millon little security features preset to optimal general settings and they can all be customized per app
