Amazed that people haven't started doing this yet. Homeless hitmen are a brilliant idea, and the technological capacity for this is more than existent. Just imagine some random guy in India or Russia or wherever writes up an XMR ecommerce site where hits are advertised, homeless people can upload images from whereever to verify, site encrypts them and sends them to the guy who took out the hit, along with a third party to confirm.

With all the criminality going on, it's weird that people haven't gotten creative about it.
