I think censorship is about allowing or disallowing to post certain things. But the consequences of posting something is not part of censorship. So in my opinion, censorship resistance won't and does not suppose to save you from consequences. Maybe I am wrong.

I guess that is the end of the first amendment or freedom of speech then. if you cannot express yourself without being presecuted then that's the demise of your freedom of expression.
Yeah we don't have the first amendment we have the article 5 of the constitution that doesn't allow even people being anonymous.
