 Now in addition to several lovely weed gardens, I have this beautiful mushroom patch.  My grounds keeping skills are surely the envy on the neighborhood.

Are they an edible variety? If so, time to throw a couple of steaks on the grill. Harvest then chop'em up,  saute with a little butter, onions and some seasoning in the skillet and voilá! Scrumptious Saturday meal

You can spray the mushrooms with vinegar and they will dissolve in the sun.
