After 4 interviews I received the phone call I had been waiting for and I’m officially hired.
Put in my two weeks today and all along I knew the type of person my boss was/is, another person who gives 0 fucks about hard working employees.
Her response was and I quote, “OKAY”.
Also proves my point, the new American dream is to work the least while making the most.
Congrats on new job.
As someone in leadership I’d hope that they eventually provide you an exit conversation.
Then again, if you’re that presumptuous to not consider they may not have been prepared to immediately respond… maybe you’re not worthy of one.
I hope your new role is a better fit for all parties
